- What is needed to fix a broken kettle at the service center?
In order to repair a product free of charge, all you need is to present the correctly filled-out Vitek guarantee coupon which was issued at the store during purchase.
- What should I do, if there is no Vitek service center in my town?
In this case you should go to the store where the equipment was purchased - it will take responsibility for sending your product to the nearest authorized service center.
- What should I do if the service center takes money for repairing equipment when according to the conditions of free service it shouldn't do this? In general, where can one turn with complains about service centers if they arise?
